It was a busy week, with order entry, meetings, appointments and helping new Reps with all the little things that come up as they start their own businesses. Most of them are catching on fast, but a few always need a little extra help. I love mentoring them; it's why I chose to do the Leadership thing, rather than just sales.
And now, I want to brag a little, about one of my new Reps. Teddy has a rare genetic disease called CTX (cerebrotendinous xanthomatosis). He has a little information about his disease posted on his website:
I have a rare genetic disease called CTX (cerebrotendinous xanthomatosis). As a result, I have difficulty walking and seeing, though I want to be as self-sufficient and productive as I can. Though many of you have probably never heard of this disease, it basically is an inherited lipid storage disease that produces cataracts, tendon lumps/growths(particularly of the Achilles tendon), neurological abnormalities and premature hardening of the arteries.
Teddy's planning, with the assistance of his Job Coach Sharyn, to do a YouTube video, to promote his Avon site. He is so excited about this, I can hardly wait for it to be done! And, I love seeing how he's changed, since he started as a Rep just 6 weeks ago. When I first met with him, he had such a negative grumpy attitude, I wondered how he would ever find customers. I'm anxious to see his YouTube--I think it will be great! And, I hope he gets a lot of sales as a result of it.

Glad you are finally getting some rain, I know it has been very dry down there.
Sounds like you have a good one there. Glad your business is going well.
