I look around my world, and see so many who are truly struggling, just to keep food on the table, electricity turned on, and keep their rent or mortgages paid. I know the struggle very well myself; I have never had a cushy lifestyle.
Now, I read this 'anonymous' wife's story, of how her privileged lifestyle has changed since her hubby is "CEO of one of the biggest TARP recipients".
Boo-Freaking-Hoo!
That may be a bit cold-hearted of me, but I just can't even compare her 'changed lifestyle' with what I see around me. She is not on the verge of being homeless or hungry. No doubt, that family still has excellent health care, while so many of us do not.

I'll read it when I can. Have to head out to work now. But it is a little amazing to me how so many wealthy people can't imagine living almost like a normal person.
