Been worrying about my brother. He seems so angry these days! And, a little bit of racism occasionally rears it ugly head, though he denies it. However, I have known him all his life, and know the way things were during our growing up years.
He is NOT happy that we now have President Obama; and I really don't get it at all. During the primaries, he was a Hillary supporter, and got really pissed when she did not win the nomination. He never did say who he would vote for--my guess is one of the 'others', since he did not like McSame either.
He tells me he thinks he is smarter than President Obama! He believes he has all the solutions to fix the economy, and President Obama is not responding to his emails?
I love my brother, but right now, I just don't understand him and how he is thinking.

I understand.. except it is my daughter I have problems with.. She was and IS a Bush supporter.. we had a disagreement again yesterday about it.
I made the mistake of saying something about Iraq and us going in falsely, of course to her that is just wrong...we had every right going in there.. Can't believe she is still in denial about that. But she is. Even stupid finally said we shouldn't have gone there.. not that we were wrong or he was wrong.. Oh well.. she will get over it in a few days...lol

Thanks Annette! I know, families do have differences of opinion, and sometimes, it's just hard to figure out where their heads are at, and especially HOW they came to such beliefs! I think it's even harder to figure out, when it's our kids or siblings.
After all, WE raised and hopefully had some influence on our kids. And for most of us, we shared the same parents and up-bringing as our siblings.
I just have to shake my head and wonder, why and how we can be so different?
We'll be ok though; we love our family members, even when their views are so wrong!
